The contract stipulated between ASEVENTYSIX and the customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance of the order by ASEVENTYSIX. This acceptance is considered tacit.
By placing an order, the customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure and to accept the general conditions of sale and payment.
If the customer, once the purchase procedure has been completed, prints or saves an electronic copy and in any case keeps these general conditions of sale, in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 21/2014 on distance selling and with regards to the protection of confidentiality will be subject to the legislation referred to in Legislative Decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments.
ASEVENTYSIX must deliver the products within a maximum of twenty days starting from the day following the day on which the consumer placed the order. In the event of failure to execute the order due to unavailability, even temporary, of the requested goods, ASEVENTYSIX will inform the customer and refund any sums already paid for the payment of the supply.
Any right of the customer to compensation for damages or compensation is excluded, as well as any contractual or non-contractual liability for direct or indirect damage to people and/or things caused by non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
The shipment takes place via a partner courier within a maximum time of the third working day from the closing of the sale.
Shipping costs are 7 euros to be paid by the customer (shipping costs are FREE for all orders equal to or greater than 50 euros). The main credit cards are accepted by the PAYPAL system even without an account on the service.
ASEVENTYSIX provides the possibility of changing the size and the item itself purchased online, the product must be returned at your own expense in the same conditions as it was received.
The right of withdrawal is regulated pursuant to Legislative Decree 21/2014. The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a communication to this effect within 15 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
This communication must be sent via e-mail to the following addresses: info@aseventysix.it.
Shipping costs for returning the goods are borne by the customer.
The items must be returned in perfect condition (intact, never worn, complete with tags).
RETURN CONDITIONS:
Some of our items, due to their special characteristics, must meet the following conditions in order to be returned:
They can be replaced or returned as long as they are in the same conditions of purchase and keep the bag, box and tag with which they were sent.
Items that are part of a pack cannot be returned separately.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
To benefit from the return, you must make the return within 15 days from the date of shipment of your order. Items must retain all labels and be in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are paid by Aseventysix.
REIMBURSEMENT
The refund will be made with the same payment method used for the purchase.
The goods will not be refunded before having been received and checked by our staff.
Once the refund has been made you will receive confirmation of the return via email.
If more than 14 days have passed but the refund is still not available in your bank account, please show this confirmation to your banking institution so that they can help you speed up the process.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
1.The Customer acknowledges that the products from Aseventysix on the Website (are numerically limited and is therefore aware that Aseventysix will have to check their availability at the time of purchase.
2.Inconveniences may occasionally occur in relation to the availability of certain Products. In such circumstances, Aseventysix will inform the Customer promptly via email. In the event of unavailability of the product, the Customer will be refunded. If the order consists of multiple items, the available items will be shipped.
